On Tuesday, September 29, we packed up and headed to the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System's Capital Program and Maintenance office. They'd booked a Taste and Sea Tuesday, which means Chef Jones sets up right there and makes lunch in front of everybody.

He made our seafood nachos. Somebody got the whole thing on video, start to finish.

Afterward, one of the team posted about it, and we've read it more than once. They said the food was so yummy, amazing, and epic, and that Chef Jones' delivery and presentation had everybody stunned. Their co-workers made sure they got the where, when, how, and his number before he left.

That's what Taste and Sea Tuesday is for. You don't just read a menu. You watch it get made, you taste it, and you see for yourself.

It started back in July, when Mrs. Page gave us our first shot. Since then we've done tastings for Express Employment Professionals and Mike Hostilo's law firm too. Justice was served.

Want one for your office? Send Cathy a message with the day and how many people. We'll bring the flavor.
